Review AI-generated work product
What to check before anything generated here goes out under your signature.
The chronology, the expense summary, and the demand letter are drafts produced by AI from your documents. They are a starting point for an attorney, not a substitute for one, and nothing should leave your office without being read.
Why the citations are there
Every factual claim cites the page it came from. That's what makes review practical: instead of re-reading the file, you check the claims that matter against the pages behind them. If something isn't cited, treat it as unverified.
Worth checking every time
- Dates, especially around the date of loss
- The expense grand total against the billing records you requested
- Policy limits and carrier details in the case profile
- Any assertion about causation
- The limitations section of the chronology
The review banner
If an output looks like it contains identifiers that shouldn't go out, such as medical record numbers, phone numbers, or account and policy numbers, a banner appears above it asking you to review before exporting. Where identifiers have already been redacted for you, the banner says that instead.
