Read the medical chronology

A dated timeline of every visit, finding, and treatment, with a citation on each row.

The chronology is a sortable table of everything that happened to your client, in date order, drawn from every record you uploaded. Each row carries the provider, the finding, the treatment, and the document it came from.

Checking a row against the record

Every row cites its source document and page. Click the citation to open the source document beside the table, on the page the entry came from. This is the fastest way to confirm an entry before you rely on it.

Filters

• Providers — narrow to one facility or physician
• Treatments — see only the rows describing care given
• Pre-existing — treatment dated before the date of loss
• Gaps (30+ days) — stretches with no treatment, which adjusters look for

Treatment gaps and pre-existing conditions are flagged because they are the two things most likely to be raised against you. Seeing them early is better than seeing them in a response letter.

Review notes and limitations

The chronology lists its own limitations: records that were illegible, dates it couldn't resolve, and so on. Read that section before you treat the timeline as complete.
